Welcome to ActionLock! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ActionLock mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using ActionLock, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Core Mechanic and Health Disclaimer

ActionLock requires you to complete physical exercises, such as push-ups and squats, to unlock restricted applications.

Medical Warning: You should consult with a physician or healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine. By using ActionLock, you acknowledge that engaging in physical activity carries inherent risks, and you agree that you assume all responsibility for any physical injuries or health issues sustained while attempting to unlock your apps.

2. Device Permissions and Usage

To function correctly, ActionLock requires access to specific device features:

• Camera: Exclusively used in real-time to detect your exercises and unlock your apps.

• Screen Time / Accessibility: Required to detect when you attempt to open a restricted app like Instagram or TikTok.

• Notifications: Used to remind you of your goals and alert you when your screen time is up.

3. ActionLock PRO Subscriptions

ActionLock offers premium features through ActionLock PRO, including access to unlimited apps, custom schedules, and advanced analytics.

• Subscriptions are available on a monthly basis or an annual basis which includes a 7-Day Free Trial.

• In-app purchases and subscriptions are managed securely via our third-party provider, RevenueCat.

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in your device's app store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy and focus belong to you.

• We process visual camera data entirely on-device using machine learning.

• We do not record, save, or transmit your video feed or photos to our servers.

• ActionLock heavily relies on local, on-device storage to save your exercise history, unlocked sessions, and app preferences.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ActionLock shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to physical injury or device damage.
