Delete your ActionLock account

This page explains how to delete your account for ActionLock, the mobile app published on Google Play as ActionLock.

How to delete your ActionLock account

You can delete your ActionLock account directly in the app:

1. Open ActionLock
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm account deletion

Deletion takes effect immediately after you confirm. You will be signed out and will no longer be able to sign in with that account.

If you cannot access the app

Email us at team@actionlock.online from the email address linked to your ActionLock account. Use the subject line Delete my ActionLock account. We will verify your identity and complete your deletion request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your ActionLock account is deleted, we permanently delete the following data associated with your account:

• Account information: Name, email address, and authentication identifiers from Apple or Google Sign-In
• Server-side account data: Your account profile, settings, and account-linked records stored on our servers
• Subscription linkage: The connection between your ActionLock account and your subscription status in RevenueCat (this does not cancel billing through Google Play)
• Account-linked analytics: Usage and event data in PostHog that can be associated with your account

When you delete your account in the app, local data stored on your device is also removed, including:

• Exercise history and stats
• Unlocked session records
• App preferences and blocked-app lists

ActionLock does not store camera video or photos on our servers. Camera data is processed on your device only and is never uploaded.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your ActionLock account does not cancel an active ActionLock Premium subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play or the App Store to avoid future charges.
